Cahiers de vacances (3rd-5th grade): French revision program
Summer is a dichotomy. Students want a break. Parents want their children to be prepared for the next school year. In 1933 Mr. Roger Magnard (a paper mill worker) invented a summer workbook that bridged the gap. The workbook is designed to prepare students for the next grade level by reviewing important topics. The books have been designed to be fun and creative while reviewing reading, writing and math concepts. Our program takes it to the next level. Students work in an activity based class setting with one of our native French speaking teachers. The teachers guide students through their work and reinforce key points in group lessons. Teachers provide feedback and ensure that students understand and complete their work. In the afternoons the class participates in fun group activities based on the day’s exercises.
